At Poppy's Patina, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original shipping box, ensuring all tags and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our designated processing center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
